 Job Description

Role Overview

Provide peer leadership to sales team by mentoring and sharing best practices. Share responsibility with management of the BTC's book of business by growing sales and improving customer service. Key Areas of Responsibility

* Facilitate and drive sales by effectively ensuring resources and work hours are productive on the floor, on the phone, and on the ACD.
* Identify opportunities for incremental sales and build action plans based on those opportunities.
* Ensure the BTC sales team is using the same tools and best practices as the rest of the CDW sales organization.
* Assist in orienting, acclimating, and training new hires to the sales team.
* Handle first level escalation of customer issues and inter department situations that require customer assistance.
* Approve account transitions from one account manager to another based on established guidelines.
* Oversee the BTC operations when opening, closing, and Saturdays .
* Develop and create sales contests and morale building activities for the sales team.


Responsibilities

* Generate daily BTC reports and sales numbers.
* Work on stretch assignments for department and personal development
* Assist with coordination of account manager schedules.



 Job Requirements

Requirements

* 1 year BTC sales/ Retail Sales experience or sales experience
* Proven ability to achieve sales goals and effort numbers

Other Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
* College education
* Strong numerical skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Strong knowledge of all BTC operations and how to use internal resources

CUSTOMER FOCUS AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Each CDW coworker is responsible for maintaining customer focus and conforms to the CDW quality management system. Specific responsibilities include:
* Periodic reviews of CDW Circle of Service Philosophy and the Quality Policy to understand CDW's commitment to excellent client service and continual improvement and to conform to these policies and philosophies at all times
* During your orientation period, review with your supervisor as needed the quality procedures and operating instructions listed at CDWHOME/ISO9001 intranet site that apply to your specific assignment(s) within the scope of this job position.
* And after the orientation period to conform to these procedures and instructions, including any reporting (and/or record keeping) responsibilities.
* Report any client problem, or any service outage that may cause potential client problems to your supervisor.
* Communicate improvement ideas that you have regarding CDW service quality or client satisfaction per established means.
